Key details

Date Location Participation fee for Partnership members Participation fee for all other institutions Maximum number of participants
15 to 16 February 2009 Kampala, Uganda GBP 600 GBP 1,200 20

The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire
  • fascia board, table, four chairs, sockets
  • PR campaign: advertising on web, television, radio, street banners, flyers
  • market briefing, institutional / school / agent visits, stand assistants, refreshments, dinner on last day
  • local transport from hotel to exhibition venue.

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

We dramatically reduced the exhibition costs for the February 2008 Education UK Fair in comparison to the 2007 Exhibition. The costs for this year's exhibition have increased due to increased table and chair hire costs and because we have had to pay for venue hire.

The participation fees stated above incorporate a 'credit crunch' contingency and are the maximum that participants will be charged. If this additional contingency is not called upon, participants will be invoiced for less than the maximum fee.
