The participation fee includes:

  • Venue hire;
  • 2 square metres stand, facia board, one table, four chairs, lights (tbc), sockets on request, and a lockable cupboard;
  • PR campaign: press conference (tbc), advertising on the British Council website, radio campaign, covering Arabic, English and Hindi stations, advertising in English and Arabic newspapers, advertising in Notes (a weekly supplement of Gulf News), flyers and posters and exhibition guide book;
  • Marketing briefing;
  • A seminar with guest speakers prior to the exhibition (details tbc);
  • Local institutions will be invited to a dedicated two hour morning session at both venues;
  • Appointments to with meet local agents;
  • Lunch at both venues for participants and local education providers, scholarship offices, ministry departments and agents;
  • Coffee / tea and cookies will be available during exhibition opening times.
  • Discounted hotel rates;
  • Local transport from Abu Dhabi to Dubai by bus.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Visa requirements
Visas are not required for UK passport holders. Other passport holders should check with their travel agent or contact the Consulate or Embassy of the country they plan to visit.


Freight
The deadlines for freight collection by our recommended freight handler are:

  • Sea freight: 12 October 2006
  • Air freight: 7 November 2006

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
