Unfortunately, due to a change in venue and increased in-country staff costs, we have had to significantly increase the stand cost from last year. We apologise for this inconvenience.

The participation fee includes:

• Venue hire;
• Exhibition booths, 8 feet square white ply boards, fascia board, one table and two chairs;
• PR campaign: advertising on the web, radio, newspapers, street banners, flyers;
• Market briefing, stand assistants, refreshments;
• Discounted hotel rates

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Sea freight is not available for this event.

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
