The participation fee includes:

Colombo

  • venue hire;
  • 6 square metres stand, facia board, table, four chairs, lights and sockets;
  • PR campaign: advertising on web, TV, radio, newspapers, street banners, flyers;
  • market briefing, reception, stand assistants, refreshments;
  • discounted hotel rates, transport via road from Colombo to the Kandy venue.

Kandy

  • venue hire;
  • 4 square stand, facia board, table, two chairs, lights and sockets;
  • PR campaign: advertising on web, TV, radio, newspapers, street banners, flyers;
  • market briefing, reception, stand assistants, refreshments;
  • discounted hotel rates, transport via road from Kandy back to Colombo.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Visas are required for UK passport holders. Other passport holders should check with their travel agent or contact the Consulate or Embassy of the country they plan to visit.

The deadlines for freight collection by our recommended freight handler are:

Sea freight is not available for this event.

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
