An event report (190KB) is available.
Following on from feedback at the recently concluded Singapore Partners' meeting, we have explored a number of options for this event. Our recommendation is to hold a 'joint-exhibition' with the Australians, which we believe will most closely match the needs of UK institutions, as well as the needs of potential students. The main advantage of working collaboratively in this way, with Australia, is that we will be able to leverage the best value for money and substantially increase the number of visitors to this event, which we estimate to be about 6,000 based on their last exhibition in March 2006.
The proposed 'joint-exhibition' with the Australians will involve only the sharing of venue at Suntec City, which is the premier exhibition destination in Singapore. It will not include any joint-marketing campaigns, so all promotional literature and advertising will therefore exclusively use the Education UK brand.
We believe that a UK institutional presence via an exhibition is still necessary and has considerable merit in the Singapore environment. It also gives you the opportunity to strengthen your own relationships with local educational institutions and, as the March exhibition will be the one and only recruitment event to be held in Singapore annually, we would like to encourage you to take the opportunity to sign up for this unique event.
