The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire
  • stand (HE and FE institutions: eight square metres; independent schools: five square metres), fascia board, table, two chairs, lights, sockets
  • PR campaign: press conference, advertising on web, radio, newspapers, magazines, flyers, posters, targeted promotional events, on-line competitions, advertisement in metro
  • market and visa briefing, reception, meeting with agents, institutional / schools / agents visits, stand assistants, lunch, refreshments
  • discounted hotel rates, assistance with airport transfers, local transport, welcome pack.

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

The participation fees stated above incorporate a 'credit crunch' contingency and are the maximum that participants will be charged. If this additional contingency is not called upon, participants will be invoiced for less than the maximum fee.

Due to the current economic climate and the additional credit crunch contingency, we have been unable to reduce our exhibition costs compared to the previous exhibition. These charts (10KB GIF image) show the cost breakdown for the exhibition in September 2008 compared to this exhibition and demonstrate a slight increase of 8.4 per cent. We have ensured that all costs have been kept to a minimum whilst maintaining the standards and expectations of an Education UK exhibition.
