The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire
  • stand (FE & HE institutions: 8 square metres; independent schools: 5 square metres), fascia board, table, two chairs, lights, sockets
  • PR campaign: advertising on web, radio, newspapers, magazines, advertisement in metro, flyers, targeted promotional events, on-line competitions
  • market and visa briefing, meeting with agents, institutional visits, stand assistants, lunch, refreshments
  • discounted hotel rates, assistance with airport transfers, local transport, welcome pack.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Due to inflation affecting certain aspects of the production of this exhibition, amounting to nearly 30 per cent, it has not been possible to meet the 12 per cent reduction target we had aimed for. We have worked hard to keep costs as low as possible whilst maintaining the effectiveness of the event and have succeeded in producing the exhibition for just 3.5 per cent higher than last year.
