The participation fee includes:

  • Venue hire;
  • Stand (FE and HE institutions: 8 square metres; Independent Schools: 5 square metres), fascia board, table, two chairs, lights, sockets;
  • PR campaign: advertising on web, radio, newspapers, magazines, street banners, flyers, targeted promotional events, on-line competitions;
  • Marketing and visa briefing, agents reception, institutional visits, stand assistants, lunch, refreshments;
  • Discounted hotel rates, local transport, assistance with airport transfers,welcome pack.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Visa requirements
Visas are required for UK passport holders. The exhibitor’s handbook will provide the name of a visa agency in Russia and travel agency in the UK specialising in visas and will provide guidance for obtaining a Russian visa. It is the responsibility of the applicant institution to follow the correct procedures.

Other passport holders should check with their travel agent or contact the Consulate or Embassy of the country they plan to visit.

The deadlines for freight collection by our recommended freight handler are:

  • Air freight: 1 September 2006

Sea freight is not available for this event.

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
