The participation fee includes:
- venue hire;
- 6.25 square metres stand, facia board, one table, two chairs, two spot lights, one socket;
- PR campaign: press conference, advertising on web, six newspapers, electronic sign board, flyers;
- reception, refreshments, photocopying facilities;
- local transport, stationery.
Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Ramada Hotel Doha
Visas are required for UK passport holders. Other passport holders should check with their travel agent or contact the Consulate or Embassy of the country they plan to visit. British and American nationals can obtain visas at the airport at a cost of QAR 55.00. The hotel can also arrange visas upon request at a cost of QAR 150.00.

Sea freight is not available for this event.
The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
