The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire;
  • 2 metres by 3 metres stand, facia board, one table, three chairs, lights, sockets;
  • PR campaign: press conference, advertising on web, radio, newspapers, magazines, flyers;
  • market briefing, networking reception, refreshments;
  • discounted rate at  ESDA Shangri-La Hotel;
  • a copy of a market research report on Filipino international students conducted in 2005 by The Philippine Survey & Research Centre - the first piece of investigative research looking into motivations for overseas study.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Seminars
There will be eight seminar sessions arranged which will run simultaneously with the exhibition. There will be no fees associated with delivering or attending a seminar.

UK institution representatives are invited to deliver these seminars on our behalf, allowing them better visibility during the exhibition. Further information will be made available to participants through the Exhibitors’ Handbook. Some examples of seminar topics include: access to undergraduate courses in the UK; applying through the UCAS; MBAs in the UK.

Visa requirements
Visas are not required for UK passport holders. Other passport holders should check with their travel agent or contact the Consulate or Embassy of the country they plan to visit.


Freight
The deadlines for freight collection by our recommended freight handler are:

  • Air freight: 23 January 2007

Sea freight is not available for this event.

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
