The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire;
  • 3 square metres stand, facia board, table, three chairs, three spot lights, sockets and hanging shelf;
  • market briefing, agents reception, stand assistants, refreshments;
  • PR campaign: please note that this is a closed event, participation is only by invitation to local institutions. We will be doing PR & profiling (through pre-event press conferences, web advertising and post-event coverage), but there will be no high profile pre-event advertising, hence the cost of the exhibitions being relatively low.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

This exhibition is designed specifically for schools and therefore the focus will only be on undergraduate studies.

The deadlines for freight collection by our recommended freight handler are:

  • Air freight: 17 October 2006

Sea freight is not available for this event.

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
