After thorough analysis of costing, appropriate adjustment has been made to reflect the reality and resources required to organise education exhibitions in Nigeria.
Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.
Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated. This will allow institutions to tailor their trip more effectively and allow billing to be clearer and more accurate. Details of hotels and flights will be made available to choose from in the exhibitors’ handbook with a strict deadline, after which changes cannot be made.
Please note that there have been a number of adjustments made to the 2008 exhibition in Nigeria:
- In addition to changing the date of the exhibition, we have also moved the Lagos venue to Lagoon Restaurant, Victoria Island. The Lagoon is a quality exhibition venue compared with the previous venues we used in Lagos. The implications are that we will need to cap the number of exhibitors to 45 and the recruitment will be based, as usual, on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to Education UK Partnership institutions. We hope the improvement we endeavour to provide will ensure both a quality venue and, more importantly, quality students.
- The marketing and publicity campaign has also been revised and will involve more direct targeting of potential market segments for postrgraduate, undergraduate and FE. More information will be provided to exhibitors in the handbook.
