Please note that the planned exhibition in Port Harcourt on 13 to 14 November 2006 was cancelled. This was due to the security situation in the Delta region and followed advice from the High Commission in Nigeria.

The participation fee includes:

  • Abuja:
    • hotel accommodation (three nights in Abuja);
    • internal flight between Abuja and Lagos;
    • venue hire, including security;
    • six square metres stand, facia board, table, two chairs, lights and shelving unit;
    • PR campaign: press conferences, advertising on web, TV, radio, newspapers, street banners, billboards, flyers, posters;
    • market briefing, reception, university seminar, exhibition assistants, lunch on exhibition days, refreshments, delegate Wi-Fi card;
    • airport transport to and from venue.
  • Lagos:
    • hotel accommodation (three nights in Lagos);
    • venue hire, including security;
    • additional air conditioning units at venue;
    • six square metres stand, facia board, table, two chairs, lights and shelving unit;
    • PR campaign: press conferences, advertising on web, TV, radio, newspapers, street banners, billboards, flyers, posters;
    • university seminar, exhibition assistants, lunch on exhibition days, refreshments, delegate Wi-Fi card;
    • Airport transport to and from venue.
  • Kano:
    • hotel accommodation (two nights in Lagos and two nights in Kano);
    • internal return flight between Lagos and Kano;
    • venue hire, including security;
    • six square metres stand, facia board, table, two chairs, lights and shelving unit;
    • PR campaign: press conferences, advertising on web, TV, radio, newspapers, street banners, billboards, flyers, posters;
    • market briefing, reception, exhibition assistants, lunch on exhibition day, and refreshments;
    • airport transport to and from venue;
    • institution visit for delegates on Monday 13 November 2006.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Visa requirements
Visas are required for UK passport holders. Other passport holders should check with their travel agent or contact the Consulate or Embassy of the country they plan to visit. British Council Nigeria will provide invitation letters to all accepted delegates.


Freight
The deadlines for freight collection by our recommended freight handler are:

  • Air freight: 12 September 2006

Sea freight is not available for this event.

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
