- The participation fee has been reduced by GBP 200 in Mexico City and GBP 5 in Monterrey compared with last year.
- We aim to attract over 3,000 prospective students.
- We will be implementing the Visitor registration System (VRS). This will allow exhibitors to access students' information quickly and easily through an on-line platform. The data captured can also be used for marketing purposes after the event.
- We plan to have an Employability Zone in Monterrey. The participating businesses will outline key skills that they look for in potential employees. They will also provide advice on what qualifications are needed for various roles within their organisations. We hope the Employability Zone will attract a good number of postgraduate students to the exhibition.
The participation fee includes:
- venue hire
- Exhibition, Mexico City: a three metres by three metres stand stand including fascia board, table, two chairs, light and a counter with key
- One-on-one interviews, Mexico City: two chairs, a small table and booking assistance
- Exhibition, Monterrey: a table, two chairs and room branding (there will be no stands at this venue, so stand-alone banners are strongly recommended)
- PR campaign: advertising on web, radio, newspapers, magazines, posters and flyers.
- market briefing, stand assistants, refreshments, coffee break and lunch at each venue
- discounted hotel rates.
Stand sharing is available at the exhibitions at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation – stand sharing is not available for the one-on-one interviews.
Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
