The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire; refreshments; tea / coffee
  • 3 metres by 3 metres stand; overhead fascia panel with stand numbers; information desk; lockable cabinet; two folding chairs; two easy chairs and a coffee table; two fluorescent tube lights; two 100 watt spot lights; 13 amp single phase socket; exhibitors can request for two additional folding chairs if necessary at no added cost
  • PR campaign: advertisements will be placed in national edition newspapers, major radio stations, and websites, billboards and street banners; bookmarks and postcards will be printed and distributed to customers / colleges / universities / selected professional bodies
  • market briefing prior to the start of the exhibition
  • negotiated hotel rates with British Council recommended hotels.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

This event will be advertised as a generic UK exhibition, but we expect more enquiries for postgraduate (taught and PhD) courses.

Visas are not required for UK passport holders. Other passport holders should check with their travel agent or contact the Consulate or Embassy of the country they plan to visit.


Freight
The deadlines for freight collection by our recommended freight handler are:

  • Sea freight: 5 September 2008
  • Air freight: 17 October 2008

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
