The participation fee includes:

  • Penang:
    • 2.5 metres by 2 metres stand (each booth of two half pieces back laminated panels and two panels on either sides of 90 degrees straight; each panel measures 1 metres (width) by 2.5 metres (height); stands will be medium in size, only able to accommodate small geodesic / nomadic displays); a table and two chairs; discounted hotel rooms.
  • Kuala Lumpur:
    • 3 metres by 3 metres stand; overhead fascia panel with stand numbers; carpet throughout; information desk; lockable cabinet; two folding chairs; two easy chairs and a coffee table; two fluorescent tube lights; two 100 watt spot lights; 13 amp single phase socket; discounted hotel rooms. Exhibitors can request additional folding chairs if necessary at no added cost.
  • Kuching:
    • 3 metres by 2 metres stand (only able to accommodate small geodesic / nomadic displays); a table and two chairs; discounted hotel rooms.
  • Kota Kinabalu:
    • 3 metres by 2 metres stand (only able to accommodate small geodesic / nomadic displays); a table and two chairs; discounted hotel rooms.
  • Advertisements will be placed in national edition newspapers, major radio stations, and websites. Direct mailing will be sent to over 100,000 targeted individuals, universities and colleges. There will be a pre-exhibition reception and key contacts in the local education industry will be invited.

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
