The participation fee includes:
- Three square metres stand, overhead fascia panel with stand numbers, information desk, two folding chairs, two fluorescent tube lights and two 100 watt spot lights, 13 amp single phase socket, carpet throughout, lockable cabinet, two easy chairs and a coffee table;
- PR campaign: advertisements will be placed in national edition newspapers, major radio stations and websites. There will be a pre-exhibition reception and key contacts in the local education industry will be invited. Direct mailing will be sent to over 100,000 targeted individuals, universities and colleges.
Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.
Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
