Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.
Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
This year, we have set a target to reduce our overall exhibition costs by 12 per cent. However, the total exhibition costs in Kuwait have risen by 44 per cent. The principal reason for the cost increase is the 20 per cent inflation rate in Kuwait. It has also been necessary to move the exhibition to a new venue, which has increased costs, as the previous venue has been booked by the Kuwaiti government.

Visas are required for UK passport holders. Visas can be obtained on arrival at Kuwait Airport for UK passport holders and a few other nationalities. However, it is strongly recommended that all guests, regardless of their nationality, obtain their visas in advance through the hotel (the 5* hotel will provide this service), as this will avoid long delays and queues at the airport. It is the responsibility of the applicant institution to follow the correct procedures. For more information, please refer to your nearest Kuwait Embassy, the Home Office, or the British Embassy in Kuwait.
The deadlines for freight collection by our recommended freight handler are:
- Air freight: 23 December 2008
Sea freight is not available for this event.
The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
