The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire;
  • 3 metres by 2 metres stand, with white panels (1 metre by 0.25 metre), six spot lights and open grid ceiling, a table with two chairs and wiring for computers;
  • PR campaign: announcement on the website six weeks before the event, press conference one or two days before the event, advertisement in local English and Arabic newspapers, two hours radio sponsorship in Arabic and English, two posters at the British Council premises, SMS to all mobile holders in Kuwait, fliers to be distributed to local schools.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Visa requirements
Visas are required for UK passport holders. These can be obtained upon arrival. Alternatively, the Sheraton Hotel can arrange visas for you if notified two weeks before the event at the time of booking. Other passport holders should check with their travel agent or contact the Consulate or Embassy of the country they plan to visit.

Sea freight is not available for this event.

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
