The Korea Student Fair held at the COEX Korea Exhibition Centre is the largest of its kind in Korea, both in terms of visitor numbers and number of participants. The target audience for the fair includes parents and families of young children interested in an overseas school education. The last exhibition, held in March 2008, attracted around 30,000 visitors and 15 per cent of them said that they were specifically interested in early study abroad options.

The British Council was represented at the Fair in 2008. and in 2009 is taking out a dedicated, strategically placed area to create a boarding school zone to take advantage of this interest.
