Key details

The participation fee includes:

• 6 square metres stand, facia board and lettering, table, four chairs and table cloth;
• PR campaign: advertising on the Internet, newspapers, magazines, street banners, flyers and posters;
• An informal reception prior to the exhibition;
• Tea and coffee available at each venue;
• Production of a visitor guide book;
• Discounted hotel rates.

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
