The participation fee includes:

  • Nine square metres stand including two tables, tablecloth, four chairs, power sockets and Internet access;
  • PR campaign: advertisements in the two national newspapers and on local radio; press releases close to the event; Internet promotion; posters in local colleges and universities;
  • Reception on 2 October 2006.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

  • To showcase the variety of opportunities within the UK’s education system;
  • To provide UK institutions with a platform for recruiting international students;
  • To provide firsthand information to a variety of students exploring opportunities for study in the UK.

Visa requirements
Visas are not required for UK passport holders. Other passport holders should check with their travel agent or contact the Consulate or Embassy of the country they plan to visit.


Freight
The deadlines for freight collection by our recommended freight handler are:

  • Sea freight: 10 August 2006
  • Air freight: 12 September 2006

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
