The participation fee includes:

  • one standard hotel table, 1.8 by 0.8 metres, and four chairs (it is recommended to bring a roll-up banner);
  • advertisements in national newspaper;
  • adlibs, talk show and live report on local radio station;
  • banners;
  • poster and flyers;
  • merchandises for visitors;
  • dinner reception in Jakarta.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Visa requirements
Visas are required for UK passport holders. Other passport holders should check with their travel agent or contact the Consulate or Embassy of the country they plan to visit.


Freight
The deadlines for freight collection by our recommended freight handler are:

  • Sea freight: 11 February 2008
  • Air freight: 10 March 2008

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
