Key details

The participation fee includes:

• one standard hotel table, 1.8 by 0.8 metres, and four chairs (it is recommended to bring a roll up banner);
• newspaper advertisements in national newspaper;
• adlibs, talk show and live report on local radio station;
• banners;
• poster;
• merchandises for visitors;
• dinner reception.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Freight
