Key details

The participation fee includes:

• one standard hotel table, 1.8 by 0.8 metres, and four chairs (it is recommended to bring a roll-up banner)
• newspaper advertisements in national newspaper
• ad-libs, talk show and live report on local radio station
• banners
• poster
• merchandises for visitors
• dinner reception.

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
