The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire;
  • one standard hotel table, 1.8 metres by 0.8 metres, and four chairs (it is recommended to bring a roll up banner);
  • PR campaign: newspaper advertisements in national and local newspaper, adlibs, talk show and live report on local radio station, banners, poster, flyers, merchandises for visitors, institutions profile on the Education UK E-Newsletter;
  • dinner reception in Jakarta

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Visa requirements
Visas are required for UK passport holders. Other passport holders should check with their travel agent or contact the Consulate or Embassy of the country they plan to visit.


Freight
The deadlines for freight collection by our recommended freight handler are:

  • Sea freight: 4 January 2007
  • Air freight: 28 February 2007

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
