The participation fee includes:
- One standard hotel table, 180 by 80 cm, and four chairs (it is recommended to bring a roll-up banner);
- PR campaign: advertisements in national and local newspapers, Adlibs, Talk show and Live Report at local radio station, banners, posters, folded flyers, other merchandises for visitors, institution profile on the Education UK e-newsletter;
- Closing recepetion at Jakarta.
Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.
Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Visas are required for UK passport holders. Other passport holders should check with their travel agent or contact the Consulate or Embassy of the country they plan to visit.
Please note that the freight deadlines originally given were incorrect. The correct deadlines for freight are:
- Sea freight: 15 September 2006
- Air freight: 18 October 2006
The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
