Visa requirements
Visas are required for UK passport holders. Other passport holders should check with their travel agent or contact the Consulate or Embassy of the country they plan to visit.

Freight
The deadlines for freight collection by our recommended freight handler are:

  • Sea freight: 9 November 2007
  • Air freight: 28 December 2007

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.

We appreciate that the deadline for sea freight is tight, but, unfortunately, concerns about delays at the destination ports mean that it has been necessary to set an early deadline to ensure that the freight arrives in time for the event.  We will be updating DJG Freight Services Inc. with a list of confirmed exhibitors on a daily basis and they will contact applicants with freight information once their place has been confirmed.
