The participation fee includes:
- venue hire;
- 4 square metres stand, facia board, table, two chairs;
- PR campaign;
- market briefing, reception in Delhi, stand assistants.
Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.
Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
It is strongly advised that institutions send representatives from the UK to staff their stands rather than using local agents only, since students expect to meet UK representatives and not agents, whom they can meet anytime.

The exhibition in Delhi will be held outdoors and fans will be provided in each stall. The exhibitions at all the other venues will be held indoors in air conditioned premises.
Visas are required for UK passport holders. Other passport holders should check with their travel agent or contact the Consulate or Embassy of the country they plan to visit.
The deadlines for freight collection by our recommended freight handler are:
- Sea freight: 9 November 2007
- Air freight: 28 December 2007
The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
We appreciate that the deadline for sea freight is tight, but, unfortunately, concerns about delays at the destination ports mean that it has been necessary to set an early deadline to ensure that the freight arrives in time for the event. We will be updating DJG Freight Services Inc. with a list of confirmed exhibitors on a daily basis and they will contact applicants with freight information once their place has been confirmed.
If you have any queries about this event, please contact the Education UK Events Helpdesk.
