The participation fee includes:

  • Venue hire
  • 4 square metres stand, facia board, table, two chairs
  • PR campaign
  • Marketing briefing, reception in Delhi, stand assistants

Stand Sharing will be available with no premium charged in addition to the cost of participation. This is exclusive to the Education UK Exhibition in India, where we recognise the extreme difficulties of accommodating participants. This will be reviewed at the next Education UK India Country Partnership meeting in 2007.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Freight
The deadlines for freight collection by our recommended freight handler are:

  • Sea freight: 3 August 2006
  • Air freight: 21 September 2006

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
