Key details

The participation fee includes:

• venue hire;
• a choice of 9, 12 or 15 square metres stand, facia board, table, chairs, lights and socket;
• PR campaign: press releases and press invitations, advertising on local websites, printed advertisements in local newspapers, postcards to be posted out to approximately 60,000 households, event announcement in the British Council monthly newsletter to 20,000 registered members and front-of-house promotion;
• market briefing and event management update;
• discounted hotel rates.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Freight

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
