As this exhibition falls during the Beijing Olympics, with Hong Kong hosting the equestrian events, we will be developing a sporting theme for the exhibition and wrap-around events. A dedicated area at the exhibition will be featured as the Sports Avenue, for which we are looking for a visually captivating display which could demonstrate the UK's creativity and capability in sports education and other areas relevant to sports.
British Council Hong Kong would like to invite institutions to submit proposals to participate in this project, which leverages both on the publicity of the Beijing Olympics and the Education UK Exhibition to showcase their capabilities in any area relevant to sports.
In order to allow UK institutions to better capture the huge demand from parents and students for information on post-16 study options during the summer time, we have developed a series of pre-exhibition themed promotions between June and August 2008 which will enable institutions to participate in themed seminar plus consultation sessions packaged with newspaper feature opportunities.
Further details of the above opportunities (71KB) are available. The deadline for applying to take part in these opportunities is 25 April 2008.
