Key details

The participation fee includes:

• venue hire;
• a choice of 9, 12 or 15 square metres stands, facia board, table, chairs, lights and socket;
• PR campaign: press releases and press invitations, advertising on local websites, radio advertisements, printed advertisements in local newspaper, postcards to be posted out to 60,000 households, event announcement in British Council monthly newsletter to 20,000 registered members and front-of-house promotion;
• market briefing, event management update and welcome reception;
• discounted hotel rates.

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
