The participation fee includes:
- Six square metres fascia board and backdrop, a table, chairs and lights;
- Publicity campaign which includes advertisements in the press, radio, internet.
Please note that, in line with the Code of Practice for the Provision of Means of Escape in case of Fire 1996, issued by the Building Authority of the HKSAR Government - Table 7 in page 34 of the Part III of the Provisions of Means of Escape in Places of Public Entertainment, all public shows which can accommodate more than 750 persons are required to maintain a minimum 2.5 metre aisle width in all gangways within the hall. Hence this has an impact on the size of the standard booth, which has been resized from nine to six square metres. Please also note that the participation fee has increased due to a fluctuation in the exchange rate from the previous year.
Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.
Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
In addition to the generic aims of all Education UK Exhibitions, the aims of this event are to:
- recruit suitably qualified students after the release of three major public examinations' results in Hong Kong and the UK: Hong Kong A-Levels (July), Hong Kong Certificate of Examination (August) and GCE A-Levels (August);
- recruit suitably-qualified students with post-secondary qualifications, for example, Associate Degree holders, as well as Higher Diploma holders, who will be looking for top-up opportunities;
- allow students who have already applied for UCAS September 2006 entry to meet and consult with exhibitors of their choice.
