Key details

The participation fee includes:

• venue hire;
• promotion of the exhibition via a paid advertising campaign with outdoor billboards, radio, newspapers, and Internet, complemented by A3 posters, postcards and press releases;
• one or two tables (1.83m by 0.76m) and four chairs (there will be no ‘shell’ or booth; participants are strongly advised to bring a display unit, as the sticking of posters to walls or pillars will not be possible); electric sockets available upon request.

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
