Key details

The participation fee includes:

• promotion of the exhibition via an extensive advertising campaign with outdoor billboards, radio, newspapers, and the Internet. This will be complemented by A3 posters, postcards and press releases;
• one or two tables (1.83 metres by 0.76 metres) and four chairs. There will be no 'shell' or booth. Participants are strongly advised to bring a display unit, as the sticking of posters on walls or pillars will not be possible. Electric sockets will be available upon request.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
