The participation fee includes:

Kumasi

  • venue hire;
  • table and chair format exhibition (a table and four chairs);
  • travel by air from Accra return;
  • airport and hotel transfers;
  • reception;
  • publicity and media advertising including advertising on web, television, radio, newspapers, street  banners and flyers;
  • promotional items including booklets for visitors, T-shirts, pens, pull-up banners and branded notepads;
  • pre-exhibition press briefing;
  • refreshments during the exhibition;
  • stand assistants.

Accra

  • venue hire;
  • 9 square metres booth including facia board, a table and four chairs, lights and sockets;
  • publicity and media advertising including press conference, advertising on web, television, radio, newspapers, street banners and flyers;
  • promotional items including booklets for visitors, T-shirts, pens, pull-up banners and branded notepads;
  • reception;
  • stand assistants;
  • airport transfers and local transport;
  • video coverage.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

The deadlines for freight collection by our recommended freight handler are:

  • Sea freight: not available for this event
  • Air freight: 4 January 2008

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
