The participation fee includes:

Kumasi

  • Venue hire;
  • Table and chair format exhibition, two tables, four chairs, two lights, one power socket,and  one stand assistant;
  • Return travel by air from Accra;
  • Airport and hotel transfers;
  • Reception;
  • PR campaign: press briefing, radio and television advertisements and promotional items, including booklets for visitors, T-shirts, pens, pull up banners and baseball caps.

Accra

  • Venue hire;
  • Table and chair format exhibition, one table, four chairs, two lights, one power socket, and one stand assistant;
  • Event hotel transfers within Accra;
  • Reception;
  • Refreshments during the exhibition;
  • PR campaign: press briefing, radio and television advertisements, 70 black & white and colour half page advertisements in national newspapers, 4,000 posters distributed across the country;
  • Promotional items, including booklets for visitors, T-shirts, pens, and baseball caps.

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
