* We have been advised that with immediate effect all Education UK Exhibitions taking place within the EU are liable for VAT on the full cost of the exhibitions.  Invoices will be broken down accordingly to display the VAT.

The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire
  • table 180 cm x 76 cm with a tablecloth and three chairs
  • sockets and TV upon request
  • PR campaign: advertising on: web-site, radio, newspapers, web banners, flyers, through school visits all over Cyprus, press releases and articles in local newspapers
  • marketing briefing, water and coffee
  • discounted hotel rates

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Visas are not required for UK passport holders. Other passport holders should check with their travel agent or contact the Consulate or Embassy of the country they plan to visit.

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.


Cancellation
Cancellation fees will be charged for withdrawal from this event, as of the date of receipt of notice of withdrawal:

  • 50 per cent of the full event cost for withdrawals received on or after 7 September 2010
  • 100 per cent of the full event cost for withdrawals received on or after 5 October 2010

Notice of cancellation must be given by e-mail to educationuk.events@britishcouncil.org. You will receive a confirmation message within one week of your cancellation.
