The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire
  • table, 1.8 metres by 0.76 metres, with a tablecloth and three chairs
  • sockets and television upon request
  • PR campaign: advertising on website, radio, newspapers, web banners, flyers, through school visits all over Cyprus, press releases and articles in local newspapers
  • marketing briefing
  • water and coffee
  • discounted hotel rates.

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
