Key details

The participation fee includes:

• venue hire;
• stand: two white melamine panels (clear surface for sticking up posters), 97cm wide by 181cm high; table, 200cm by 50cm, 75cm high, with one lockable drawer; three chairs;
• PR campaign: the exhibition will be advertised in local newspapers and on the radio; posters and flyers will be sent to schools, both public and private, colleges and local agents; the event will be advertised on British Council website.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Freight
The deadlines for freight collection by our recommended freight handler are:

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
