We piloted some new ways of organisation for the October 2007 exhibition, such as outsourcing logistics and PR to external professional agencies and nationalised construction design, which proved to be very successful. Therefore, we have managed to reduce the participation cost to the above rates for this year, at least a 15 per cent reduction compared to the March 2007 exhibition.

The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire;
  • license fee to Chinese partners;
  • one stand of at least 3 metres by 2 metres, which includes one facia board, one table, two chairs, two lights, one socket, one dustbin;
  • PR campaign: press conference, advertising on web, television, radio, newspapers, magazines, flyers, campus promotion;
  • refreshments and working lunches;
  • discounted hotel rates.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
