The participation fee includes:
- Venue hire;
- 3 square metres stand, facia board stand with table and two chairs (with back panels), a lockable cabinet for storage;
- Stand assistants, refreshments, photocopying service;
- PR campaign: e-mail shots; advertising on the British Council website as well as on all participating countries’ websites; newspaper advertisements in Chile’s major newspapers; street banners; posters; flyers;
- Market briefing upon arrival;
- Opening reception with British Council contacts, government officials and local authorities;
- Discounted hotel rate, airport pick-up service.
Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.
Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
