The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire
  • 3 metres by 3 metres booth with table and three banquet chairs; exhibitors can request additional chairs if necessary at no added cost
  • PR campaign: advertisements will be placed in national edition newspapers, websites, billboards and street banners; posters and postcards will be printed and distributed to customers / colleges / universities / government offices
  • market briefing prior to the start of the exhibition
  • exhibitors' snack items, tea / coffee
  • negotiated hotel rates with British Council recommended hotels.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Visas are not required for UK passport holders. Other passport holders should check with their travel agent or contact the Consulate or Embassy of the country they plan to visit.

Sea freight is not available for this event.

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
