This event was part of the Asian Summer Exhibitions series, which also included events in Hong Kong and Singapore.

The participation fee includes:

  • Three square metres fascia board and backdrop, a table, four chairs, two fluorescent tube lights, and one 13 amp power outlet;
  • Promotion of the event, including a month long adverting and PR campaign, which will included advertisements in the press, radio, Internet and outdoor advertising. Promotional visits will be made to schools and colleges, including participation in several local education road shows leading to the event.

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.


Aims
In addition to the generic aims of all Education UK Exhibitions, the aims of this event are to:

  • provide an opportunity to explore collaborative links or partnerships with local public and private education providers for twinning programmes, Diploma-degree pathways and other forms of collaboration.

Visas are not required for UK passport holders. Visas are required for Irish Nationals. Other passport holders should check with their travel agent or contact the Consulate or Embassy of the country they plan to visit.

Please note there will now only be air freight available for this exhibition. Unfortunately, sending material by sea freight is not cost effective and could be less reliable. If you have any enquiries, please contact the Education UK Events helpdesk.

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.


Cancellation
Cancellation fees will be charged for withdrawal from this event, as of the date of receipt of notice of withdrawal:

  • 50 per cent of the full event cost for withdrawals received on or after 26 June 2006
  • 100 per cent of the full event cost for withdrawals received on or after 24 July 2006

Notice of cancellation must be given by e-mail to educationuk.events@britishcouncil.org. You will receive a confirmation message within one week of your cancellation.
