Key details

The participation fee includes:

• venue hire
• eight feet by eight feet stand, fascia board (one foot by eight feet), table (six feet by 2.5 feet), three chairs (if needed, more chairs can be provided), two or three lights, one socket with multiple plug
• PR campaign: press conference, advertising on the web, radio, newspapers, flyers, posters, SMS through mobile telephone providers
• market briefing, stands assistants, refreshments, one set of stationery items with lockable drawer
• discounted hotel rates: US$155 per night including tax, VAT and service charge
• airport transfers (shuttle bus): US$10 each way.

Stand sharing will be made available at a premium of twenty per cent on the stand costs.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

The participation fees stated above incorporate a 'credit crunch' contingency and are the maximum that participants will be charged. If this additional contingency is not called upon, participants will be invoiced for less than the maximum fee.
