The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire
  • 8 feet by 8 feet stand, 1foot by 8 feet fascia board, 6 feet by 2.5 feet table, three chairs (more chairs can be provided if needed), two or three lights, one socket with multiple plug, lockable drawer
  • PR campaign: press conference, advertising on web, radio, newspapers, street banners, flyers, posters
  • market briefing, stand assistants, refreshments
  • discounted hotel rates at USD 155 per night including tax, VAT and service charge, airport transfers (shuttle bus) USD 10 each way

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

The costs for the exhibition have been affected by the 22 per cent rate of inflation in the country.

Sea freight is not available for this event.

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
