The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire;
  • 8 feet by 8 feet stand, facia board (1 foot by 8 feet),  table (6 feet by 2.5 feet), three chairs (if needed, more chairs can be provided), two / three lights, one socket with multiple plugs, lockable drawer;
  • PR campaign: press conference, advertising on web, radio, newspapers, street banners, flyers, posters;
  • market briefing, reception, stand assistants, refreshments;
  • discounted hotel rates: USD 155 per night including tax, VAT and service charge;
  • airport transfers (shuttle bus): USD 10 each way.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.
