  • media campaign including advertising on web, in local newspapers and magazines, as well as posters, schools visits and flyers to be distributed to local schools, educational institutions and ministries
  • marketing briefing
  • reception to meet other delegates, Ministry of Education representatives, school counsellors, head teachers and British Council representatives
  • forum lunch with key local contacts in the education sector to provide networking opportunity

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

The participation fees stated above incorporate a 'credit crunch' contingency and are the maximum that participants will be charged. If this additional contingency is not called upon, participants will be invoiced for less than the maximum fee.

Based on feedback from the February 2009 exhibition, we have reduced the number of exhibition days from two to one and as a result the cost is lower than last year.
