  • venue hire

  • media campaign including advertising on web, in local newspapers and magazines, as well as posters, schools visits and flyers to be distributed to local schools, educational institutions and ministries
  • market briefing
  • forum lunch with key local contacts in the education sector to provide networking opportunities
  • tea, coffee, and water during the exhibition
  • discounted hotel rates
  • Internet access during the exhibition
  • promotional items.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

This year, we have set a target to reduce our overall exhibition costs by 12 per cent. The total exhibition costs have risen in Bahrain by 1.6 per cent. The main reason that the target reduction has not been met in Bahrain is that costs have increased from the last exhibition in December 2007 due to local inflation of over six per cent. This has increased the venue costs for the event in particular. The unfavourable shift in the exchange rate of the Bahrain Dinar has also affected the costs for the exhibition.

The participation fees stated above incorporate a 'credit crunch' contingency and are the maximum that participants will be charged. If this additional contingency is not called upon, participants will be invoiced for less than the maximum fee.
