The participation fee includes:
- venue hire;
- 3 metres by 2 metres stand, white fascia board with institution name in blue vinyl sticker, two four-foot fluorescent lights behind fascia board, one 13 amp single phase power point, one table with two chairs;
- PR campaign including advertising on web, in local newspapers and magazines, as well as posters, schools visits and flyers to be distributed to local schools, educational institutions and ministries;
- market briefing;
- reception to meet other delegates, British Council representatives, school counsellors and head teachers;
- forum lunch with key local contacts in the education sector to provide a networking opportunity;
- tea and coffee during the exhibition;
- discounted hotel rates.
Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.
