The participation fee includes:

  • venue hire;
  • 3 metres by 2 metres stand, white fascia board with institution name in blue vinyl sticker, two four foot long fluorescent lights behind fascia board, one 13 amp single phase power point, one table with two chairs;
  • media campaign including advertising on web, in local newspapers and magazines, as well as posters, schools visits and flyers to be distributed to local schools, educational institutions and ministries;
  • market briefing;
  • reception to meet other delegates, Ministry of Education representatives, school counsellors, head teachers and British Council representatives;
  • forum lunch with key local contacts in the education sector to provide a networking opportunity;
  • tea, coffee, and water during the exhibition;
  • discounted hotel rates;
  • Internet access during exhibition;
  • promotional items.

Stand sharing is available at a premium of 20 per cent on the cost of participation.

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight, except where stated.

Visas are not required for UK passport holders. Other passport holders should check with their travel agent or contact the Consulate or Embassy of the country they plan to visit.


Freight
The deadlines for freight collection by our recommended freight handler are:

  • Air freight: 16 November 2007

The participation fee does not include freight costs and these are the responsibility of the participating institution.
